Little Angels - Reception to Year 2

I have no doubt that you have witnessed the conditions that face us all in Wolverhampton and beyond. It may be that you or someone close to you has experienced some of these challenges first-hand. I want to assure you that God has the power to turn things around in people’s lives, and He is looking for ordinary people just like you who are willing to be part of God’s solution. At ZCT we are committed to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, and demonstrating His great love for people in ways that are practical as well as spiritual.

Our desire is:

  • For all people to come to the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Saviour
  • For broken lives and communities to be healed
  • To reach across racial and social barriers, and present a church that reflects our community
  • To help make a true and long lasting impact on people’s lives, meeting spiritual, emotional, societal, and physical needs
  • Please help us pray for willing and committed workers to be commissioned to the work of bringing in the harvest.

God's Disciples - Year 3 to 6

It is the presence of God that makes the difference in people’s lives, that gives the strength needed to handle life and all of its challenges. At ZCT we want those who attend to be able to experience God’s Presence in our worship services, and prepare them to continue that experience also in every day life.

As human beings we were created to worship. Not just to sing songs, and lift hands, but to have a true sense of fellowship and reverence for God At ZCT we won’t let routines, rituals and traditions get in the way of a Divine Encounter

The Gospel of Jesus Christ was originally committed to one race. But it was never intended to remain that way. All people, all races, from all walks of life are those same ones for whom Jesus Christ gave his life. At ZCT we endeavour to push past all boundaries in order to embrace all who are willing to embrace the Lord Jesus Christ.

God Squad - Year 7 to 9

Using simple terms, we have set out below the basic teachings of Zion City Tabernacle:

  • We believe that the Holy Bible is the word of God, and tells us all we need to know about Eternal Life. Psalms 119:105; 2 Timothy 3:16.
  • We believe that God is One Spirit that cannot be divided. Deuteronomy 6:4; John 4:24.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ was both human and divine, with all the qualities of God while understanding the feelings of men. Hebrews 2:17-18; Colossians 1:15; 1 Timothy 3:16.
  • We believe that all people have sinned and can only be truly set free in Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23, 5:9,10.
  • We believe that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again three days later. Rom 1:16; Gal 1:6-9.
  • We believe that we all need to be sorry for and to turn away from our sins, be baptised calling on the name of Jesus Christ, and receive God’s gift of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues as He gives the words. Acts 2: 38
  • We believe in living our lives dedicated to loving and serving God, as well as loving and serving each other. Matt 22:37-40
  • We believe that one day Jesus Christ will come back to raise us all from the dead, to call us to account for what we have done, and to separate those who obeyed his word from those who didn’t. Matthew 25:34,41,46.
